1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. The deposit amount is €200. The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless the "full payment" option was selected at checkout.
2. Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 5 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled within 5 days of check-in. No refund for no-shows.
3. House Rules
- Maximum 5 guests
- No smoking inside the property
- Pets considered on request
- Check-in: 3pm · Check-out: 11am
- Quiet hours: 11pm – 8am
- Please treat the property with respect
4. Liability
The owner is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
